St. Domnius Cathedral In Split (Day & Night)

They built the "new" cathedral and campanile (bell tower) in the 13th Century on top of Diocletian's mausoleum from 300 A.D.  The Croats are heavily into Catholicism and they frequently ring the LOUD bells for some reason or another. Sometimes the bells ring for ten minutes straight. They twice woke me up from a nap. The Horror!
