Who's Buried In Homer's Tomb?

The Greek epic poet, Homer (ca. 800 B.C.), is allegedly entombed here on Ios Island. No one really knows for sure, and the locals like to joke it is one of many places he is buried. For those of you who fell asleep in literature class (you know who you are), Homer authored the Iliad and the Odyssey, which are classics in the true sense of the word. He's the father of Western Literature.
