Urban Dwellers

Ios is very serene and relaxing, but as a native New Yorker, there's only so much serenity and relaxation I can handle. So, I'm heading back to Athens on the ferry (see photo). It's comforting to know I'm not the only person in the world who feels this way. I met this couple from Chicago who have been vacationing in the Greek Islands for two weeks. The husband is a native of the Windy City, and the wife was raised in California. She told me she was enjoying herself, but the husband was miserable. He told me, "She loves it here, but I don't get the whole 'relaxing' thing. What the hell is that all about?" Too funny.
